We're going through some changes! Trello Teams are now Workspaces. Soon, all boards will be in a Workspace. You might see us mention Teams in a few places as we're going through these changes. Thanks for your patience!
Trello Standard Limited Availability
Trello Standard is not widely available yet, so if you're not seeing a prompt to purchase it, you're not yet able to do so. Sit tight, it'll be available to everyone soon!
Trello Standard is an upgrade for a Trello Workspace. This means that, like Business Class, it applies to the Workspace and the boards within it, not individual users, and it affects all members of the Workspace. When upgrading to Standard, you'll be charged for each member of the Workspace.
Standard includes the following features for every member of your Workspace:
- Unlimited boards on your upgraded Workspace
- Increased 500 command run per Workspace Butler quota, pooled for the Workspace
- Enable up to 3 Power-Ups on each Workspace board
- Custom board backgrounds
- Additional & custom stickers for cards
- 250MB attachments
- Custom emoji
- Saved searches
Unlimited Workspace Boards
The Workspace that you upgrade to Standard will have no limit on the number of boards you can create within that Workspace. Free Trello Workspaces are limited to 10 open boards at a time.
Additional Butler Quota
Standard Teams are given a pooled quota, so the total quota is spread over the entire Team for anyone to use. Standard Teams can use up to 500 command runs per month.
As a Standard Workspace member, you can enable up to 3 Power-Ups on any Workspace board you're a member of!
Custom Board Backgrounds
To upload your own custom background, go to the Menu on the right side of your board and select "Change Background". Click the + button in the “Custom” section to upload your own image.
To use the additional stickers, go to the Menu on the right side of your board and select "Stickers". You can drag and drop any of the available stickers and upload your own stickers by clicking the + button in the “Custom Stickers” section.
You can upload files up to 250MB. To attach files to cards, select a file via “Attach File…” on the back of the card, or drag and drop from your desktop. The 250MB is for individual files, not a total limit, so you can have multiple large files on a single card or board.
Uploading Custom Emoji
To upload emoji, open the comment field on a card, click the menu button in the bottom right-hand corner, and select “Upload Emoji”. You will then be able to upload and name your custom emoji.
To save a search, enter your search terms and operators, click “Save this Search”, name your search and then click “Save”. Click “Back to Saved Searches” to view your saved searches. To execute a saved search, click the saved entry.
