Making changes to a card in iOS
Adding attachments, checklists, labels, members, or due dates
You can add checklists, attachments, labels, members and due dates to cards. The steps for adding these to a card are slightly different based on whether you have the “Updated card back” setting turned on or off for the app. You can change this setting in the account page within the app.
- Open the card you want to add a checklist to.
- Tap the green plus ("+") icon in the bottom left corner.
- Select the item you would like to add to the card from the menu that appears.

Creating a new label
To add a new label, tap the plus ("+") icon on the top right of the screen. Enter the name for your new label and choose a color, then tap “Done”.
Adding a checklist
If “Updated card back” is turned off, once you select “Add checklists…” from the menu of things to add, you’ll need to click on the plus (“+”) icon in the top right of the screen to add a new checklist. From there, you can type the first checklist itemyou’d like to add.
If “Updated card back” is turned on, adding a checklist from the “+” menu will add the new checklist to the card right away — no extra steps required!
Archiving a card
- Open the card.
- Tap the "..." icon in the top right of the screen.
- Select "Archive Card."
This will remove the card from view, while leaving it searchable in the web app.
