Creating collections for Business Class workspaces

We're going through some changes! Trello Teams are now Workspaces. Soon, all boards will be in a Workspace. You might see us mention Teams in a few places as we're going through these changes. Thanks for your patience!

With Business Class, you have the ability to create collections to easily group boards together. We recommend creating collections by team, department, or even major project.

Creating a new collection

To create a new collection, you'll first want to go to the boards tab in your Workspace at[your-Workspace-name-here]. Or, click on the Home icon in the top left corner of Trello, then click on the Workspace name to access collections in the dropdown.

From there, click "Create a collection" on the left side:

Viewing an existing collection

Click the Home button in the top left corner of Trello, and then click on your Workspace name to expand the options. From here, you can access the Workspace's boards, members, settings, collections, and more!

Adding a board to a collection

On your Workspace's boards page, click the "+" below any board and then choose the collection you'd like to add the board to. To remove the board from the collection, click the "+" again and click the collection name to uncheck it.

Editing or deleting a collection

You can edit or delete an existing collection from the menu under each board. Click the "+", then the pencil next to the collection you'd like to edit or delete.
